How long will it take to receive my order?

What is your return or refund policy?

We take great care in ensuring that our products are of the highest quality and are securely packaged for shipping. However, in the rare case that you receive a damaged item, we offer a refund policy that is subject to the following terms and conditions:

• Fridge Magnets and Wall Decor items are not returnable or refundable, because sometimes the logistics of these items is costlier than the actual item itself.

• Refunds are only possible if the customer provides us with an Open-Box Video of their order which clearly shows that the item/s have arrived damaged, and the video should be shared with us within 2 days of the delivery.

• We will process your refund as soon as we receive and verify the Open-Box Video.
